About the Role As an IT Support Engineer II, you will support, build, implement, and improve technology solutions across sites. You will manage large projects, resolve critical issues, and expand knowledge in software design, data structures, AWS technologies, and distributed systems.

Key Job Responsibilities

Troubleshooting difficult IT problems without SOPs; planning and coordinating CMs and CM templates.

Collaborating with internal teams or vendors to execute projects.

Leading continuous improvement efforts.

Auditing the quality of work performed and providing constructive feedback.

Automating manual tasks; creating and improving small tools to increase team efficiency.

Serving as the first point of escalation.

Participating in hiring, training and development of others.

Supporting customers from multiple buildings and remote customers.

Traveling within your local or regional area to support customers.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience

4+ years of IT systems or relevant commercial production environment experience

4+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP) experience

4+ years of Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco IOS (CLI) administration experience

4+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment

4+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation experience

High school or equivalent diploma

Ability to move up to 49 lbs and stand/walk during 12‑hour shifts

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years supporting a Windows Server environment

Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment

Compensation and Benefits Amazon offers competitive compensation packages, including comprehensive healthcare benefits from Day 1, a matching 401(k) program, and up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave. Compensation ranges from $54,700 to $122,200 per year depending on geographic market and experience.
