Job Description Provider (NP or PA-C) will work alongside the supervising physician to see both pediatric and adult ENT patients, including new and established visits, as well as in‑office procedures. This is a newly created position with a supportive environment where the physician is committed to training and mentoring the new hire in the specialty.

1 Surgical Coordinator
Office Hours Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Friday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Location McLeod ENT Seacoast, 3980 Highway 9E, Suite 120, Little River, SC 29566.
Key Responsibilities
Provide patient care for pediatric and adult ENT patients in an outpatient setting.
Conduct new patient evaluations, established visits, and in‑office procedures.
Collaborate with the supervising physician and clinic staff to deliver high‑quality care.
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship throughout the first 3–5 months.
Qualifications
Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in ENT or related field.
Strong clinical skills with pediatric and adult ENT patients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Benefits
No call requirement.
Hands‑on training during first 3–5 months.
Gradual transition to independent clinic days based on comfort and confidence.
