Role Summary As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their advertising objectives and devising tailored strategies on our platform to drive revenue growth, client success, and overall business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all client communications and inquiries; build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts; proactively identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product, support) to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and initiatives; monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance, industry insights, and best practices; stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to anticipate client needs.

Participate in regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to discuss campaign performance, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities.

Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention, building strong, long‑lasting client relationships.

Contribute to tvScientific’s overall growth by expanding market presence, driving client satisfaction, and generating revenue.

You’ll Be Successful If You Have

4+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in digital advertising or performance marketing.

Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, exceeding sales targets, and driving revenue growth.

Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, CTV advertising ecosystem, and digital media landscape.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Strategic thinking, ability to develop account plans and identify opportunities.

Analytical mindset with aptitude for interpreting data, analyzing campaign performance, and delivering actionable insights.

Results‑driven and customer‑focused with passion for delivering exceptional service and value.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related field.

Additional Qualifications

Experience managing enterprise‑level clients or agencies, handling complex accounts and large budgets.

Certifications or training in digital advertising platforms and performance marketing.
