Overview We are currently hiring 1099 door-to-door sales managers to support our Fiber and Telecommunications programs. We're looking for individuals with strong leadership skills who are committed to hitting weekly sales goals and capable of managing a team of approximately 8 agents. Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of approximately 8 agents in door-to-door sales for Fiber and Telecommunications programs.
Hit weekly sales goals and drive performance of the team.
Train new representatives on our sales process.
Be in the field selling alongside reps as needed.
Coordinate micro-travel as required (up to 2 hours).
Qualifications
Must be able to pass a background check.
Driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willing to be in the field selling alongside reps.
Ability to consistently hit sales goals.
