Overview Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Configuration Analyst in Roy, UT to support the Sentinel program. The role will involve configuration and data management disciplines for the Air Force’s ICBM systems.
Responsibilities
Planning meeting agendas, conducting meetings, and recording meeting minutes.
Controlling technical baselines and tracking configuration status.
Performing document reviews including classification markings, data rights markings, and formatting.
Familiarity with the development and transfer of technical baselines and conducting configuration audits.
Developing Data Management products and experience with Contractor Data Requirement List (CDRL) and Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRL) processes.
Developing solutions to complex problems and determining the best options without manager guidance.
Planning, scheduling, and arranging own activities to accomplish objectives.
Providing detailed CM/DM subject matter knowledge to stakeholders.
Representing your organization as a prime contact on assigned contract or project.
Interacting with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters requiring coordination between organizations.
Basic Qualifications
2 years with a bachelor’s degree, 0 years with a master’s degree. An additional 4 years of direct Configuration Management or Data Management experience in a DoD environment may be used in lieu of education.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at the time of application, current and adjudicated within the past 6 years.
Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable time, as determined by the company.
Preferred Qualifications
NG CPLM or Siemens Teamcenter experience.
Siemens NX and/or Capital Experience.
JIRA, SharePoint Experience.
ICBM Weapon Systems Experience.
Familiarity with EIA-649 and/or MIL-HDBK-61.

Schedule & Compensation Standard work schedule is a 9/80 (nine‑hour days Monday‑Thursday, off every other Friday). Salary range: $63,800.00 – $95,800.00, with potential bonuses, overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses. Base pay is determined by scope, responsibilities, experience, and market conditions.
