Job Description Responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation and enhancement of 3rd‑party low to medium complex application systems that support core organizational functions. Work to formulate and define specifications for 3rd‑party software applications or modify/maintain complex existing applications. Design, configure, test, debug and document those programs.

Qualifications Required:

Associate's Degree or direct and applicable work experience.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a role working with or supporting third-party application management including configuration, monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of or experience in a role working directly with third-party vendors.

Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated while working with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience with troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of production issues.

Understanding of business requirements and experience translating these into technical specifications.

Ability to manage or direct multiple activities simultaneously to accomplish goals, and measure and evaluate processes, services and products to meet business needs.

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree

Experience partnering with global staffing vendors to deliver projects

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for executing configuration management plans and understanding business requirements. Maintain documentation of business processes to improve efficiencies.

Maintain configuration management policies and procedures. Analyze and troubleshoot configuration problems in a timely manner and implement necessary changes according to business requirements.

Work directly with 3rd‑party Wellmark vendors.

Monitor organization deployments to ensure successful execution and document procedures and processes.

Work closely with development, Quality Assurance, and other support teams to complete configuration tasks within deadlines.

Attend project meetings, including kick‑off, configuration, and production meetings as needed. Assist in preparation of system requirements, design documents, and test strategies.

Troubleshoot configuration failures and issues in a timely manner and develop process improvements to automate and streamline build processes.

Other duties as assigned.
