Key Responsibilities
Engage face‑to‑face with potential customers, providing product information and superior service.
Assist with lead generation and follow‑up to convert prospects into loyal, satisfied customers.
Support daily sales operations and collaborate with leadership to meet or exceed campaign goals.
Contribute to marketing strategy execution and client relations initiatives.
Track and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and territory performance.
Participate in ongoing training to develop leadership, sales, and management skills.

with professionalism and enthusiasm during in‑store promotions and events.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, retail, or customer service (preferred but not required).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑motivated and goal‑driven with a passion for professional growth.
Adaptable, organized, and ready to take initiative in a collaborative team setting.
