Provide exceptional customer service to school staff, students, and their families Serve as the primary contact for assigned schools regarding customer account inquiries Collect on customer accounts through outbound/inbound calls for past due accounts Identify root causes of customer delinquency and generate effective solutions Prepare reports for corporate leadership and participate in departmental efficiency projects Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficient working knowledge of Excel; experience with Great Plains accounting software is a plus Preferred Qualifications
