Inbound Sales Representative
at A Place for Mom, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for families searching for senior care solutions. In this high‑impact sales role, you’ll use empathy, insight, and strategic guidance to help caregivers as they explore the best care options for their loved ones.
What You Will Do
Work as an expert resource for families on senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience aligned with our company mission.
Take inbound, pre‑screened leads while working remotely from your home office, adhering to assigned shift schedules.
Conduct in‑depth initial consultation calls with families.
Educate families on customized senior care options, and work to find the senior living communities and home care providers that best match their needs.
Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after completing the 4‑week new‑hire training program.
Success Metrics Success is measured by reaching daily production benchmarks, including inbound calls, outbound return calls, referrals to communities, and scheduling tours that drive move‑ins. The role is the company’s first interaction with a family, aiming to be empathetic and deliver a great experience.
Qualifications
Two or more years of inside sales/inbound call center experience.
History of exceeding sales targets.
Ability to multitask, simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer.
Strong computer and typing skills, including Word and Excel, and ability to navigate an internal CRM system.
Schedule 40‑hour work schedule on an hourly, non‑exempt basis. Schedules are set based on business needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $45,760 ($22.00 an hour)
On‑Target Earnings: $74,000 (includes $28,024 variable bonus, uncapped)
