Role Description We’re looking for a part‑time freelance Inside Sales Specialist (SDR/Outbound) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, engage prospects through outbound outreach, and contribute directly to building qualified sales pipelines for our clients.
Your daily work includes researching target accounts, initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and ensuring high meeting quality in collaboration with our sales and delivery teams.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Customer‑focused mindset
Proven experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or SDR roles
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and remotely
Track record of achieving measurable results and ensuring customer satisfaction
Background in consulting or technology sectors is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
