Compensation $20.00 per hour + commission; Expected OTE $100K+.

What You’ll Do The Finance Sales Agent serves as the primary point of contact for clients seeking loan options to accelerate their Debt Settlement program. In this role, you’ll guide clients through the application process, assess their needs, and present tailored financial solutions.

Conduct detailed lead analysis to screen potential clients based on parameters provided by the Finance Sales Lead and our loan partners.

Meet or exceed all monthly schedule adherence and utilization requirements.

Make a high volume of outbound calls to engage with warm leads (100+ daily calls) and present the opportunity to apply for a loan.

Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer financial needs and provide persuasive, solution‑based consultations on how our partners loan products can accelerate their financial recovery.

Manage and nurture your pipeline from initial prospecting to loan funding.

Follow up on all workflow progress within the Finance Department.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support team initiatives and continuous improvement.

Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company, including personnel policies and expectations as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

High school diploma or GED required.

2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a consultative environment focused on relationship building and solution‑based selling.

Sales or customer service experience with a strong track record in a call center environment.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high‑volume lead pipeline.

Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and general computer literacy.

Ability to type 45+ words per minute and familiarity with 10‑Key systems.

Highly motivated with strong problem‑solving skills, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
