Customer Success Manager: Asset & Wealth Management Join

as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in Asset & Wealth Management. You will connect clients to our products, guiding them through the customer lifecycle, and create conditions for optimal contract renewal and growth.

Role Overview As a CSM, you will manage relationships, educate clients, and provide workflow expertise. You will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of Asset and Wealth Managers who subscribe to LSEG solutions and turn market data into actionable insights.

What You'll Do

Develop subject‑matter authority across LSEG products (Workspace and Market Monitor), driving adoption of financial analytics and reporting tools.

Maintain relationships with your portfolio of LSEG customers from sale to onboarding and expansion; travel up to 25% as required.

Monitor customer health, identify risks, and build mitigation strategies with internal teams.

Educate end‑users on solutions, promoting new features and incorporating feedback into product plans.

Drive organic expansion by uncovering new opportunities and proposing relevant products.

Partner with Account Managers, Implementation Specialists, Product Managers, and Customer Support to represent the customer’s voice.

Your Success is Measured By

Customer engagement and satisfaction.

Product adoption rates.

Revenue attrition mitigation plans.

Contribution to sales and renewals.

Qualifications / Skills

+3 years of customer success, sales, consulting, or similar experience.

Expertise in wealth management, portfolio analytics, valuation, or financial modeling.

Proficiency with Excel (including Add‑Ins) and PowerPoint; experience with market‑data applications preferred.

Strong communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills.

Proactive, positive demeanor with attention to detail.

Benefits & Compensation In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Total compensation will reflect job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Locations New York, NY – Competitive salary range $80,000 – $110,000. Conforming to applicable laws, we accommodate religious practices and disability needs.
