Sales & Order Management
Manage wholesale orders across JOOR and Showroom Exchange platforms Review and confirm order details; follow up with designers and retailers as needed Track invoices and payments; follow up with clients to ensure timely completion Upload and maintain accurate line sheets and product data in JOOR Assist the sales team with order entry, reporting, and client communication Showroom Operations
Greet and assist clients and buyers during showroom appointments, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience Maintain and merchandise the showroom to reflect brand standards and seasonal collections Manage incoming and outgoing samples: unpacking, tagging, organizing, and tracking Oversee inventory of collections, samples, and supplies Prepare the showroom for market week and trade shows, including sample coordination, logistics, and visual setup Assist the sales team during market appointments and trade shows, helping manage client appointments and ensure smooth execution Support event logistics before, during, and after trade shows Administrative & Office Support
Provide general administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and filing Coordinate meetings, travel, and showroom appointments for the team Maintain office and showroom supply inventory (packing materials, cleaning supplies, samples, etc.) Prepare internal and external documents, sales tools, and reports as needed Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and company operations Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a fashion showroom, sales, or administrative role Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in JOOR, Showroom Exchange, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Google Workspace Dependable, self‑motivated, and proactive team player Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 60% of the workday) Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, or reaching Seniority Level
