Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, using your drive and passion for helping people.
Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9am‑9pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, staying flexible and open to change to meet evolving tech and customer needs.
Bring prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience (optional) and take advantage of provided training, tools, and coaching to exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
No sales experience? Training and coaching provided to help meet and exceed goals.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Compensation Earn between $40,000 and $63,000 annually, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on meeting all sales goals.
