STARS Data Operations Team – Program Orchestration – Data Analyst will work with STARs HEIDIS measure Owners as a Data Analyst in M&R Workflow Programming Team utilizing advanced analytics. Must have solid programming skills to develop, implement, and maintain Medicare Part C/CAHPS/HOS/C&S Workflows, reporting of programs as required by STARS program orchestration team. This role is about data transformation, automation, and process optimization using Alteryx Designer or other data preparation tools.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities
Support the development, implementation, and quality monitoring of Medicare & Retirement – CAHPS/HOS Survey programs
Design, build, and maintain Alteryx workflows to enable business reporting and analytics
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into efficient workflow solutions
Develop strategies, processes, and technology solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices
Perform data cleansing, blending, and transformation using Alteryx
Create and translate complex SQL queries to support ad-hoc business requests
Identify data solutions for complex campaigns using tools such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Alteryx, flat files, and data warehouses
Act as the primary liaison with technology partners for data requests, issue escalation, and resolution
Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows
Document workflow logic and maintain version control

Required Qualifications
3 years of experience with campaign management platforms (e.g., Adobe AEP/AJO, Unica, Alteryx, SAS, Alterian, Eloqua)
3 years of experience with SQL and relational database systems
3 years of experience in data quality review processes (e.g., peer review, QA, UAT)
2 years of experience in workflow automation and optimization
Proven ability to design, develop, deploy, and maintain technical workflows
Proven solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or understanding of Medicare & Retirement and/or Community & State lines of business
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
Basic understanding of data analytics and ETL concepts
Familiarity with Alteryx Designer or similar data tools (certification is a plus)
Exposure to advanced SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Proficiency in scripting languages (Batch, Shell, JavaScript)
Proficiency in Snowflake or SQL/Oracle databases
Proven excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
