AppleTree Staffing has partnered with a long-standing manufacturing company on the southwest side of Indianapolis to help them add a skilled Welder to their growing team! This is a full-time position.

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG and Aluminum welding for a variety of task including assemblies, fabrications, and repairs.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions to determine the best welding and fabrication methods.
• Set up, align, and secure components using calipers, rulers, clamps, and other measuring tools.
• Conduct visual inspections and testing to ensure strong welds and adherence to quality standards.
• Safely operate, maintain, and troubleshoot welding and fabrication equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of MIG and Aluminum welding experience required.
• Prior fabrication experience strongly .
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with an excellent attendance record.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
