Exempt Summary

ERMC is seeking an experienced Aviation Security Manager to organize and assist with management of aviation security operations within the Company. This position will support regulatory and Company security policies, interacting with internal Leaders, airline representatives, and government agencies. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of aviation security regulations, including CFR, TSA, and CBP, and a strong commitment to security rules and operational compliance. Duties And Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Director and SVP to transition to a proactive security organization. Assist station Leaders with security investigations, reports, root cause analysis, and sustainable action plans. Validate internal testing performance, including GSC levels and passenger processing observations. Coordinate with QA and Training to enhance security training and meet ISO/ISAGO standards. Participate in meetings to discuss security issues. Disseminate security information via calls, alerts, videos, and messages. Prepare Gensuite data for monthly leadership meetings. Support the Director on various projects. Engage with airline and customer representatives on security matters. Travel as needed for security incidents and station support. Travel

Travel approximately 50% to stations and meetings. Respond to security issues, support high-activity locations, and conduct outreach. Attend on-site meetings with airlines and officials. Manage travel expenses and adhere to budgets. Qualifications

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups in aviation. Operational knowledge of aviation services. Knowledge of security regulations (TSA, CBP, FAA). Ability to respond promptly to security issues. Bi-lingual skills a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and Gensuite. Reliable and committed. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or security management experience is a plus. Legal authorization to work in the U.S., security clearance ability, and reliable transportation. Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours. Benefits
