Who We Need
We're hiring a Business Recruiter to support hiring across core business functions. This role is ideal for a recruiter who wants broad expertise spanning accounting, finance, sales, marketing, operations, and go‑to‑market functions, partnering with hiring managers to build strong teams organization‑wide.
While this position offers remote work flexibility, we seek candidates located within commuting distance of our San Francisco or New York City offices for periodic events and in‑person collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Support hiring across core business functions including accounting, finance, operations, sales, marketing, and revenue operations, primarily focusing on individual‑contributor and early‑career positions.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and talent pipelines.
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting from initial screening through offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting hiring timelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and support effective interview processes.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with exposure to business functions such as accounting, finance, sales, marketing, operations, or related areas.
- Basic understanding of business roles across multiple functions with eagerness to deepen expertise in accounting, finance, and go‑to‑market recruitment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Process‑oriented mindset with interest in using data and metrics to improve recruiting outcomes and efficiency.
- High performance recruiting experience in a high‑growth startup or agency setting.
