Role Description

Were looking for a full-time, in-person

Social Media Manager

to join our team in Dallas. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and managing social media strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and convert followers into customers. Youll work closely with our creative and advertising teams to produce high-quality content and optimize performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging brand presence. Plan, write, and oversee social posts, stories, and paid social campaigns. Track performance metrics and use analytics to refine content and strategy. Stay current on trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep our clients ahead of the curve. Collaborate with designers, ad specialists, and account managers to align social strategy with campaign goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in

social media marketing and content creation . Strong understanding of

social media analytics, engagement tactics, and growth strategies . Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Familiarity with

Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling. Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
