Position Summary Were looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in St. Louis. This is a hands-on, onsite role leading commercial building, multi-family, and historic renovation projects from start to finish. Youll manage budgets, schedules, and teams while ensuring quality and safety across all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of assigned commercial construction projects ($5M$100M+) Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle Oversee contracts, budgets, schedules, and change management processes Direct and mentor project teams including assistant project managers and project engineers Work closely with superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and financial reporting Lead project meetings and regularly update stakeholders on progress and risks Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction Proficiency with project management software (Procore and Bluebeam preferred) Strong knowledge of construction methods, local codes, and permitting Business Requirements and Knowledge of A/E/C industry Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven experience managing commercial construction projects (multi-family or historic renovation experience a plus) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
