Yes Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated
OB/GYN Physician
to join a well-established, community-focused healthcare team in

a 4-day clinical work week , with a mix of
clinic, surgical, and administrative time
(including remote work options), and a manageable
1:4 call rotation . The practice averages
approximately one delivery per day , allowing for focused, quality care in a supportive environment. What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN care Perform a variety of gynecological and obstetric surgical procedures Attend deliveries (~1 per day; ~360 per year) Participate in 1:4 shared call schedule (includes weekends) Use
Meditech Expanse EMR
for documentation and patient records Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including APPs, nurses, and specialists Rotate between local clinic sites (minimal travel) Complete 1 administrative day per week (can be done remotely) Qualifications: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
in OB/GYN (within 1 year of residency graduation) Completion of an
ABOG or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency
required Active or eligible for
Ohio medical license
required DEA license
(or willingness to obtain prior to start) Ability to
report to the hospital within 30 minutes
during call
required Clean malpractice and licensure history preferred Open to
