The Role: Were looking for a highly creative and brand-minded Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role will be instrumental in shaping and evolving Hype and Vices visual identity across all digital and physical touchpoints.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in branding and a pulse on fashion and design trends. You have a refined eye for aesthetics and love transforming concepts into visuals that feel both elevated and fresh. Beyond design execution, youll help define and standardize our brand formats
ensuring every catalog, flyer, logo sheet, and marketing asset reflects a cohesive, recognizable Hype and Vice identity.

Key Responsibilities: Design visually compelling assets for marketing campaigns, including web graphics, social media content, in-store signage, catalogs, and sales materials. Lead the visual direction and standardization of all brand assets
including catalogs, flyers, logo sheets, and presentation templates. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute cohesive campaign visuals aligned with the brand calendar. Develop and update the product catalog, lookbooks, and wholesale marketing materials. Support seasonal product launches and promotions across email, SMS, ecommerce, retail, and social channels. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to concept and execute creative ideas that strengthen the brands voice and storytelling. Design packaging, PR boxes, postcards, and other branded collateral that reflect our elevated aesthetic. Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints and ensure brand guidelines are clearly defined and easy to follow. Stay ahead of design and cultural trends, providing fresh concepts that keep Hype and Vices look aspirational and relevant.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion, retail, or consumer goods. Strong background in branding, identity systems, and creative direction. High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory. Working knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms. Familiarity with social media trends and platform-specific design requirements. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field. A portfolio demonstrating strong creative range, branding expertise, and polished visual systems. Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or Shopify/web design principles.
