Lease Administrator . This is a direct hire, hybrid opportunity.

Key Responsibilities Maintain and update lease records. Review lease documents for key dates and obligations. Reconcile rent and expense payments, resolving discrepancies. CAM reconciliations. Operating expense recoveries. Prepare reports on lease status and deadlines. Address inquiries and support lease amendments or negotiations. Assisting with annual budget preparation. Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements. Organize and manage lease files and related documents.

Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of lease administration or real estate experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Yardi experience preferred
