IT Project Manager (PMP Required) - ONSITE in Columbia, SC

SYSTEMTEC is seeking an

IT Project Manager

with a proven track record leading medium to complex IT initiatives, ideally in healthcare or Medicaid environments. This

full-time consultant position is onsite

in Columbia, SC. A

current PMP certification

is

required .

Requirements of the IT Project Manager:

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Minimum 3 years of experience

managing medium to complex IT projects Minimum 3 years of experience

using project management tools such as SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel Minimum 3 years of experience

in healthcare insurance or related IT project environments Strong background in project planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority, high-visibility projects simultaneously Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required Preferred Skills:

Prior experience with Medicaid or healthcare delivery systems Familiarity with risk management strategies, including risk triggers and mitigation planning Strong experience developing project documentation, deliverables, and reporting Effective listening and facilitation skills in cross-functional team environments Responsibilities of the IT Project Manager:

Lead and coordinate multiple strategic IT projects for our cllient Work closely with business units, vendors, and leadership to define project goals and translate them into actionable plans Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables Maintain consistent communication and reporting with stakeholders at all levels Ensure quality and timely execution of project objectives Facilitate collaboration across departments and external organizations Manage vendor relationships and outsourced project components Support business process improvement and change initiatives
