JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for picking, packing, loading, and unloading products that are scheduled for shipment. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, proper inventory management, and maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment. The associate will handle incoming and outgoing materials, verify orders, and support warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship product orders accurately and efficiently Verify product details, numbers, and quantities for order accuracy Load and unload trucks and containers safely Receive, process, and stock incoming materials Rotate and replenish inventory as needed Maintain a safe and clean work environment Identify and report missing, lost, or damaged materials Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) after training Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Required Qualifications
Basic comprehension of English (reading and communication) Must wear safety shoes during orientation and while on duty Willingness to train and operate PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs and push/pull the same Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to multiple functions Must pass a background check and drug screen Must reside within 50 miles of Woodridge, IL Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Experience using handheld or RF scanners Forklift or other material handling equipment experience Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
