Adler Pelzer Group - a growing global Tier 1 supplier of Acoustic and Thermal Soft Trim products to the automotive industry is seeking for a dependable and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Custodian at the Manufacturing Facility in Thomson, GA. Located just outside of Augusta and minutes from Fort Gordon.

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the manufacturing facility. This position supports production operations by ensuring work areas, restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces meet company cleanliness standards and comply with safety and sanitation guidelines. The ideal candidate will take pride in ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment for all employees and visitors.

Responsibilities of the Custodian include :

Perform daily cleaning of entrances, lobbies, hallways, offices, conference rooms, and common/break areas. Dust and clean all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures. Spot clean spills, marks, and stains from walls, floors, and surfaces. Empty and replace liners in trash bins and recycling receptacles. Spot clean interior glass, including doors and windows, to remove fingerprints and smudges. Clean and sanitize microwaves, countertops, and tables in break areas. Clean restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, and mirrors. Refill restroom supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap dispensers. Sweep and mop all hard floors using appropriate disinfectants. Wipe down hand railings, doors, and high-touch surfaces. Dust and clean baseboards, vents, and airways. Remove cobwebs and maintain general facility cleanliness. Report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained. Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Work Environment:

Exposure to manufacturing conditions such as noise, dust, moving machinery, and temperature variations. Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
