Material Handler – Entry Level
Work Environment:
On-site, warehouse wing of a manufacturing facility
Pay Range:
$20.00 – $22.50/hour
Shift :
Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Material Handler
to join a dynamic warehouse team. You’ll start in the receiving department and be cross-trained across various warehouse functions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment supporting manufacturing operations.
sKey Responsibilities:
Unload 75–150 boxes daily as part of a team
De-box items, store into totes, and accurately log into inventory system
Process material kits for manufacturing, engineering, and repair operations
Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders
Deliver materials to appropriate departments to support production timelines
Assist with daily shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Handle return materials (RMA) efficiently to meet customer and inventory needs
Perform inventory cycle counts and support physical inventory audits
Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse and production areas
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
Strong computer skills and experience with RF scanners
Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central preferred), Outlook, and Teams
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently and follow verbal/written instructions
Basic English communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in inventory control, material handling, or shipping/receiving
Prior warehouse or packaging line experience
Exposure to electronics manufacturing is a plus
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
