SUMMARY
Acts as lead technical assistant in preparing patients for visits and procedures
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Medical Assistant, with a strong preference for those who have worked with oncology patients.
Hourly Breakdown of salary range: Minimum $20.67 - Midpoint $25.96 - Maximum $31.25

Maintenance of Instruments
Clean and prepare instruments in accordance with institutional policy and center guidelines.
Prepare and stock rooms with needed instruments.
Equipment Maintenance
Transport equipment across the institution as indicated.
Notify the appropriate resource (e.g., Biomed) as needed for equipment repair.

Use appropriate communication skills with team members.

Locate and utilize institutional and departmental policies and procedures.

EDUCATION
Required : High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred : Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant program or US Military medical services training program.
