Summary

Our client's Global Imaging Operations team is seeking an

UX Design Producer

to lead the scheduling, coordination, and execution of image production workflows across multiple creative and technical teams. This role ensures that every image asset-whether destined for marketing, retail, or digital platforms-meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, proactive producer who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments. They bring a passion for creative excellence, operational precision, and process innovation to support global initiatives at scale.

Key Responsibilities Manage image schedules, expectations, and resources across multiple concurrent projects. Track and report imagery status, providing consistent weekly and daily updates to key stakeholders. Communicate effectively with creative, production, and retouching teams to ensure alignment and clarity at all stages of the process. Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot production challenges, and proactively unlock stalled projects. Drive process improvements and implement workflow efficiencies that optimize team productivity. Receive, compile, verify, and distribute project information, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout production. Partner closely with Producers and Production teams to develop and document scalable workflows. Schedule and facilitate pre-production and post-production meetings, ensuring cross-team alignment and accountability. Collaborate with the Marcom Asset Management team to ensure all final assets are archived and properly cataloged. Stay current with emerging production technologies, evolving tools, and industry best practices to enhance image creation and management processes. Work hands-on with essential creative and production tools, including Numbers, Pages, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Camera Raw, Photo Mechanic, Capture One, and Quip. What You Bring

5+ years of experience in image production management, creative operations, or post-production within a global brand or creative agency environment. Proven track record of managing complex, fast-paced production schedules and workflows. Strong problem-solving and risk management skills, with the ability to pivot quickly and maintain momentum under pressure. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience coordinating across creative, technical, and operational teams. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, paired with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with industry-standard imaging and workflow management tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, and collaborative documentation platforms). Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency across production teams. Bonus Points

Experience working within the Apple ecosystem or similar high-volume creative production environments. Knowledge of metadata standards, digital asset management systems, and post-production pipelines. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies tailored to creative operations. Deep understanding of image quality control, file management, and archiving best practices. Passion for creative craftsmanship and a sharp eye for visual detail.
