About the Role We are seeking an Administrative Business Partner to join our team in the Investment Administration Support department. This role is essential for managing the daily operations and providing administrative support to senior leaders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities
Manage and adjust daily calendars for senior leaders, prioritizing schedules based on last-minute changes. Arrange and reserve conference rooms, catering, audio/video, and other services for meetings and conferences. Coordinate travel arrangements and efficiently submit expense reports. Drive key team activities and events, including team meetings, strategy sessions, conferences, ordering supplies, and social events. Handle tasks proactively and efficiently to ensure seamless coverage for all supported staff. Build and maintain strong business relationships with executives and administrative staff across the organization. Complete ad hoc administrative requests in a timely and detailed manner. Education Qualification
A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a large global organization within the financial services industry. Required Skills
Ability to work independently and take on additional responsibilities as needed. A positive and 'can-do' attitude with a desire to provide outstanding service to internal and external clients. Ability to maintain focus with a sense of urgency while respecting others. Proven track record of managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. High level of attention to detail. Discretion in handling confidential information in all aspects of work. Benefits
