A client of Insight Global is looking to bring a material handler on to the team. Seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Material Handler/Driver to manage the transportation, storage, and handling of hazardous chemicals, including sulfuric acid. This role is critical to ensuring safe and compliant operations within our facility and during deliveries. The ideal candidate will have experience with hazardous materials, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and a valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
Estimated pay: 28-30/hr

Required Skills & Experience - Dealing with Sulfuric Acid so need to be comfortable with hazardous material - Valid CDL with HAZMAT endorsement o At least 2 years in this space - Good attitude and soft skills- important! - Knowledge of chemical safety protocols and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, EPA). - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts or other material handling equipment. - Comfortable wearing PPE
Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience working with corrosive substances like sulfuric acid. • Any background in chemical space is helpful
