Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors in all public areas. Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces, including windows, doors, furniture, and fixtures. Clean and disinfect public restrooms regularly, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies. Maintain the cleanliness of high-traffic areas such as elevators, hallways, lobbies, lounges, and stairways. Remove trash and waste from designated bins and dispose of it according to resort policies. Report any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or equipment, to the housekeeping supervisor. Guest Service: Ensure public areas are well-maintained and welcoming for guests at all times. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional cleaning or assistance. Report any unusual occurrences or guest concerns to the supervisor. Assist guests with general inquiries about resort amenities, services, and directions. Inventory and Supplies: Restock public restrooms with necessary supplies, including soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning materials. Ensure cleaning carts and supplies are organized and properly maintained. Notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished. Health & Safety Standards: Follow all resort policies and procedures for safety and cleanliness. Ensure that cleaning products are used according to manufacturer instructions and safety standards. Maintain a safe work environment and comply with local health and safety regulations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff to ensure public areas are properly cleaned and maintained. Attend team meetings and training sessions as required. Qualifications:.
