Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning in patients with neurological or neurodevelopmental conditions. Interpret test results and prepare integrated reports that inform diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including neurologists, psychologists, therapists, and medical staff—to develop tailored treatment recommendations. Provide consultation and education to clinical teams, patients, and families on cognitive and behavioral outcomes. Supervise psychometrists and assist in training staff in test administration and scoring procedures. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards. Contribute to clinical research, data collection, and ongoing evaluation of digital brain health assessment tools. Stay current on advances in neuropsychology, neuroscience, and digital health technologies.
Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology. Completion of an APA/CPA-accredited internship and formal postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology. Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a psychologist in Massachusetts. Board certification or board eligibility in Clinical Neuropsychology (ABPP-CN) preferred. Demonstrated expertise in adult and/or pediatric neuropsychological assessment. Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary healthcare or research teams. Familiarity with digital assessment tools and comfort working in a technology-driven environment.
