What You Bring
Board Certified / Eligible in General Surgery Surgical Critical Care Fellowship Completion California Medical License (or eligibility) Team-oriented and committed to exceptional trauma care
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary:
$450,000 (91 primary 24-hour shifts included) Shift Add-On:
$2,380 per additional shift Signing Bonus:
$50,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance Production Incentives:
Additional wRVU incentives provided
