Litigation Associate Attorney Job Overview: A respected law firm based in Springfield, IL is seeking a driven and detail-oriented litigation associate with a focus on personal injury and elder care law. This role involves managing a dynamic caseload with an emphasis on both pre-suit negotiation and formal litigation. The associate will collaborate with legal support staff and play a vital role in advocating for clients who have experienced injury or neglect.
