We are seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our fast-paced team at Amazon One Medical. In this role, you will drive new business opportunities and expand our enterprise customer base through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
Using your strong sales skills and industry knowledge, you will identify, qualify, and nurture high‑potential leads. You will be the critical first point of contact, capturing customer needs, building pipeline, and setting up qualified opportunities for our enterprise sales team to take through contract negotiations and close.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and other outreach tactics.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Amazon One Medical to decision‑makers at target enterprise accounts.
- Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline.
- Hand off qualified opportunities to the enterprise sales team for further engagement and closure.
- Maintain detailed records of all prospecting and lead generation activities in Salesforce.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets and other key performance metrics.
A Day in the Life
As an Enterprise Business Development Rep, you’ll focus on generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting. This includes making outbound calls daily to introduce our services and qualify leads, following up via email, and updating Salesforce. You’ll work closely with the enterprise sales team to hand off qualified leads for deeper discovery and closing. Collaboration with marketing and participation in team meetings are also key to optimizing prospecting efforts and expanding the pipeline.

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional or military experience.
- 2+ years of generating new opportunities with a strong focus on pipeline tracking and deal execution through the entire sales cycle.
- 2+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and record of success in an outbound account management or prospecting role in B2B environments, preferably in a solution/technology‑related environment.
- Experience using Salesforce.com at an advanced level, including the development of dashboards and reports, programming experience.
