Responsibilities

• Vehicle Parking and Retrieval: Greet guests, assist with parking and retrieval, maintain organization, provide keys.
• Customer Service: Offer courteous service, assist with luggage, provide information, address questions, ensure satisfaction.
• Safety and Security: Follow procedures, drive carefully, secure vehicles, report incidents, maintain safety.
• Payment Processing: Collect parking fees, provide receipts, reconcile payments.
• Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect for damage, report discrepancies, maintain valet equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other attendants, communicate with supervisors and managers.
• Additional Duties: May double as a bell service attendant when needed.
