Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers

Location: 101 Lester Avenue, Johnson City, NY 13790 (Binghamton, NY). Shift: rotating shifts 5-days a week, 4:00 AM – end of sort. Start within the week possible.

Pay and Benefits

• Hourly rate starting at $15.50/hr (weekly pay)

Responsibilities

• Be Safe! Safety is our first core value.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done.

Qualifications

• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Dependable, flexible, and reliable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Gloves and work boots are recommended.

Referral Program

Referral bonus reward of $500 (offered for all positions company-wide).

• Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45‑day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90‑day mark.
• Eligibility starts between 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025.
