OnTrac is hiring: Warehouse Package Handler - Seasonal in Antioch

We are hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handlers for our Lebanon, TN location. This is a seasonal position, expected to last until January 2, 2026. Pay: $18.00/hr (temporary $20.00/hr). From now until January 2, 2026, we are offering a $2.00 pay increase. On 1/2/2026, pay will return to the normal rate of $18.00/hr.

Shift: 3:30 AM – End of Sort, roughly 20–25 hrs per week, days and hours may vary depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Dependable, flexible, and reliable.
• Regularly lift, push, pull 25–35 lbs; occasionally carry up to 50 lb and push/pull up to 150 lb using a pallet jack or gaylord.
• Work in hot or cold warehouse temperatures.
• Gloves and work boots are recommended.
