Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Manager based in Lisle, IL. The HVAC Manager will oversee daily operations, manage HVAC systems, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate with other departments. Responsibilities include supervising HVAC technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing budgets, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in HVAC and Plumbing
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Proven Sales abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications in HVAC systems and management are a plus
