Operations Data Analyst

We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst to support infrastructure performance and capacity optimization through data-driven insights. The role involves analyzing operational data, maintaining performance dashboards, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and uptime across large-scale systems. You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy, reporting reliability, and strategic visibility into key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret operational datasets to assess capacity, uptime, and process efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance automated reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and regression or proxy analysis to resolve incomplete datasets.
• Develop predictive models and insights to identify operational risks and improvement areas.
• Prepare concise reports and executive summaries with data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align analysis with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data or operations analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to extract, clean, and interpret complex datasets for strategic reporting.
• Experience communicating insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with initiative to explore hypotheses and improve processes.

Preferred

• Background in data center, telecom, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with dashboard tools like Tableau or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
