The ideal candidate will bridge marketing and technology, overseeing tagging, analytics implementation, and data quality — helping transform insights into better outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert for web and app data collection, analytics, media tracking, QA, and support.
• Lead and govern Google Analytics & Tag Manager implementations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Standardize and maintain web/mobile analytics data for consistency and integrity.
• Document data capture and transformation workflows with robust QA and validation frameworks.
• Support OneTrust implementation for privacy and compliance alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in front-end tagging (via code or Tag Manager systems).
• Expertise in structuring and standardizing marketing data.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading data QA or technical implementation teams.
• Bachelor’s in Data Operations, Computer Science, or related field.
• Bonus: Experience with server-side tagging.
