What does an Order Builder do?
As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner. You will build delivery loads onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation for shipment and ensure accurate order fulfillment. This work is done in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks and adhering to safety standards at all times.
Job Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 9:30pm
Pay: $20.50/HR

Responsibilities
- Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)
- Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before loading into the truck
- Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas
- Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation
- Complete training requirements
- Restock product in picking areas as needed
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED) required
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred
- Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date
- Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
