Job Description Summary:

As our Facilities Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain buildings and plant utility equipment.

Position-Related Duties and Key Job Responsibilities

  • Provide repairs to plant building components including doors, windows, rapid rollup doors, warehouse dock doors, drywall, flooring, utility piping, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Perform mechanical tasks including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plant utility equipment such as HVAC systems, steam boilers, condensate pumps, air compressors, cooling towers, and industrial chillers.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and soldering equipment in performing duties.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and electrical schematics.
  • Use SAP CMMS to generate work orders and document completed repairs.
  • Diagnose problems, replace faulty parts, and adjust settings on HVAC systems and plant utility equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems such as air filter replacement.
  • Report building or utility system deficiencies to proper supervision.
  • Comply with plant safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Use forklifts and scissors lifts to perform maintenance tasks and overhead repairs.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. at times to perform maintenance duties.
  • Work with outside plant contractors to make repairs on plant buildings and plant utility systems.
  • Be available outside of regular shift hours for occasional weekend work to make building repairs or plant utility system repairs.
  • Work extended hours, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Able to handle material weighing up to 50 lbs to distances 10 feet or more, floor to waist.
  • Able to push and pull force of 80lbs.
  • Able to squat, kneel, and bend over at the waist.
  • Able to stand/walk for extended periods often in extreme temperatures.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

  • High School, General Education
  • Minimum 3 years related work experience.
  • Ability to challenge and pass Coca-Cola Technical Aptitude Assessment and background screening.

Pay Range:

$51,480 - $62,920

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
