This role leads process optimization, collaborates across the system, and requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and effective communication.

What You’ll Do for Us
- Manage stakeholders through strategic collaboration with TI&SC, OUs, Bottling Partners, CPS, DTS (Data and Technology Services), Finance and third parties to align with business and supply chain (demand, supply and inventory) plans.
- Manage 3rd party partners and network team.
- Maintain knowledge of supply chain planning processes, methodologies, metrics, analytics, and expertise in the practical application of effective planning practices.
- Evaluate and refine the existing S&OP and other processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in demand and supply planning, new product planning, supply chain visibility, and inventory management.
- Develop methods, content, and routines to accomplish financial / strategic integration.
- Maintain and improve process content including meeting content, data visualizations, metrics/performance indicators, scorecards/dashboards, and other process templates.
- Analyze and evaluate planning-related structures, models (optimization, …), calculations, supply and demand planning methodologies, exception management measures, and performance metrics.
- Assess the application of enabling technology, including planning applications, collaboration tools, network design & optimization models and business intelligence within planning processes
- Responsible for the development and continuous refinement of products and processes roadmap.
- Foster a collaborative culture to ensure effective communication and coordination among different teams.
- Oversee the implementation and enhancement of tools to streamline processes and drive significant values to the system and enterprise.
- Work closely with DTS teams to ensure seamless integration of tools with other enterprise systems.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains within supported supply chain processes.
- Implement feedback loops to capture insights from key stakeholders and incorporate lessons learned into future planning cycles.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Finance and Supply Chain understanding of demand, supply, inventory, … is a plus.
- A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in planning, process and data & analytics leadership roles, with specific expertise in planning processes and data transformation strategies.
- Strong track record of managing projects involving process improvement, data exploration, hypothesis testing, and innovation, demonstrating the ability to take solutions from research through full-scale business adoption.
- Experience managing large-scale, complex projects and budgets, with demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute impactful deliverables with cross-functional implications.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including influencing C-suite leaders and aligning process and data strategies to critical business demands.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management principles, driving programs from inception to scaled implementation in analytics-heavy contexts.
Additional Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience in S&OP, demand planning, or supply planning.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with varied teams.
- Knowledge of industry practices and emerging trends in integrated planning.
- Ability to identify current and future opportunities and translate them into actionable insights and solutions.
- Leadership experience in building and mentoring teams to address complex challenges.
- Experience in vendor management and external collaboration, including partnerships with third-party partners, universities, or technology vendors.
- Preferred: Working knowledge of global environments and geographically distributed teams.
