About Our Practice

Great opportunity for an Associate Optometrist to join our team in beautiful Temecula, CA. We utilize state-of-the-art technology including Marco digital refracting system, and easy-to-use electronic records. Above all, we prioritize a healthy work-life balance. We are seeking someone to work from Tuesday to Saturday, with a flexible schedule of 1 to 3 days per week.

Salary: Based on experience

Schedule: Part‑time

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams
• Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease
• Prescribe corrective lenses
• Provide pre‑ and post‑operative care to surgical patients
• Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients
• Maintain detailed patient records regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress
• Handle eye care emergencies

Requirements & Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
• Valid state license to practice optometry
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
• Customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
