Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is seeking an organized and driven person to perform Warehouse duties such as material handling, order pulling, and stocking. Fastener experience helpful. Must be able to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing, loading/unloading trucks, managing inventory and returns, safely and securely preparing product to ship
• Enter information into the computer system, using RF scanners if applicable, and confirm product is delivered to applicable packaging, order pulling, or stocking departments as necessary.
• Periodic review of customer fastener and related product inventory in various stocking locations within the facility
• Generate orders as necessary for product and prepare for subsequent delivery and stocking activity.
• Help receive inbound shipments daily; confirming correct product/quantities
• Pulling/staging orders for customers as product comes in for will call or delivery in a timely manner
• Assist with all outbound shipments daily: UPS, FEDEX, Freight, and deliveries
• Assist with will call orders
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organized, and product stocked correctly
• Occasional delivery driving

Decision/Information Sharing And Communication

• Must record the exact product, actual quantities, actual warehouse locations, and traceability numbers.
• Highlight discrepancies in inventory locations or stock availability.
• Seek supervisor assistance for products that cannot be found or are not available.
• Work well with other warehouse departments including receiving, shipping, and order pulling to ensure productive workflow.
• Report immediately to supervisors any safety hazards.

Physical Requirements

• Lift heavy boxes/products up to or more than 50 lbs.
• Stand for virtually the entire shift (8+ hours).

Additional Information

• All positions require passing a mandatory pre‑employment drug & alcohol screening and background check.
• Position requires two personnel.
• Shift: 1st, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
