What You’ll Do

The Recruiter supports full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes to attract, hire, and integrate top talent. This temporary role plays a critical part in scaling hiring operations and may have the potential to convert to a long-term or permanent position based on performance and organizational needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an excellent candidate and new hire experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Intake & Job Posting
  • Partner with hiring managers to capture accurate role requirements and expectations.
  • Draft and publish engaging job postings with correct pay ranges and compliant EEO language.
  • Sourcing
  • Build and nurture diverse candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities, and employee referrals.
  • Actively engage passive candidates and represent the employer brand positively.
  • Screening & Candidate Management
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screens/initial interviews to assess fit.
  • Maintain consistent and timely communication with all candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Interview Coordination
  • Schedule interviews and panel sessions, managing calendars across stakeholders.
  • Facilitate feedback collection within 24–48 hours to keep processes efficient.
  • Ensure a seamless, candidate-friendly interview experience from start to finish.
  • Offer & Pre-Hire Logistics
  • Draft offer letters using standardized templates and confirm alignment on start dates.
  • Initiate and monitor background and reference checks.
  • Manage offer declines and candidate withdrawals with professionalism and care.
  • Onboarding Administration
  • Complete the employer section of Form I-9 by Day 3 of employment and track re-verifications.
  • Coordinate mandatory harassment-prevention training (1 hour for employees / 2 hours for supervisors within 6 months) and maintain training records.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate and complete records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure all candidates have documented disposition reasons.
  • Protect confidentiality and uphold all data-handling and compliance standards.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Track and maintain weekly recruiting metrics and dashboards.
  • Communicate pipeline health, risks, and aging roles proactively to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year in recruiting, HR, staffing, or fast‑paced coordination (internships count).
  • Hands‑on experience with an ATS and scheduling tools; strong written/verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated sourcing fundamentals (keyword/Boolean searches) and candidate screening.
  • Organized and responsive; able to juggle multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
  • Nice‑to‑have: LinkedIn Recruiter (or Lite), Greenhouse/Lever/BambooHR, Calendly, Excel/Sheets for basic reporting.

Compensation: $25 - $30 Per Hour
