Campus Recruiter – Early Careers
Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Campus Recruiter to design, build, and lead the early careers hiring program for a growing international consulting firm establishing operations in the US. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the company’s presence and employer brand across top universities while supporting broader HR initiatives for the new US team.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Recruitment & Attraction
- Strategy & Program Design: Develop and implement a US campus recruitment strategy, including attraction campaigns, talent pipelines, and diversity initiatives aligned with the firm’s growth objectives.
- University & Network Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with colleges, career services, faculty, student societies, and alumni networks to strengthen campus presence.
- Events & Outreach: Plan and deliver on-campus activities such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events. Represent the firm as the primary point of contact for students and universities (travel required during peak recruitment periods).
- Attraction & Marketing: Design and execute engaging recruitment campaigns and materials, both digital and in-person, collaborating with marketing and communications to promote the firm’s early careers value proposition.
Assessment & Selection
- Design and implement selection processes, including interviews, assessment centers, case studies, and psychometric assessments.
- Source, assess, and track candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Advise hiring managers and leadership on candidate selection decisions.
Onboarding & HR Administration
- Support onboarding and induction of new hires.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including liaising with third-party providers, benefits setup, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements independently.
Employer Branding & EVP
- Contribute to the development of the firm’s US early careers Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice for graduates and early career talent.
Ad Hoc HR Responsibilities
- Support broader HR initiatives including benchmarking, compensation reviews, and administrative support.
- Serve as a hands-on generalist supporting the Chicago office and broader US operations as needed.

Required Profile
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in campus or early careers recruitment, ideally within consulting or professional services.
- Proven track record of building relationships with universities and managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Existing relationships with top universities (e.g., University of Chicago, Northwestern, Harvard) are a plus.
- Hands-on, self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
