In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams, and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience. You will be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing the talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising business partners on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers.
- Partner with hiring managers and business, group, or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
- Candidate management—develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing.
- Work cross-functionally across a team of high-performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion.
- Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
- Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting required.
- 4+ years of experience in Recruiting – full life-cycle, research, and sourcing preferred.
- 2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams.
- 2+ years of experience using Workday in a recruiting function preferred.
- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.
- Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring.
